Attempting a third wrong attempt will result in you being blocked from accessing the websites for a given period of time.

Problems logging in?

The Clickteam Network is a safe and secure network with secure login. This is done to protect us network and protect your account and your information.

For this reason, our login security is very high. Please heed these warnings:

  1. You must ensure you use your correct username/email address and password. If you cannot remember your details, simply use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password.
  2. We recommend rotating/changing your password every 3 months to keep your account secure.
  3. You should not attempt to incorrectly login 3 or more times. In doing so, you risk your IP getting banned for a set period of time. Staff will not be able to lift this ban for you, you will have to wait for it to expire.
  4. VPNs and Proxys will cause problems through some of the network websites. This is because we take security and fraud very seriously. If you are using a VPN or Proxy, you should try and disable it where possible when using Clickteam’s services to prevent errors in you using the network websites.

There are 2-3 reasons this could be happening.

  1. You are using a cached/expired page. Simply hit refresh on the login page, or do a FULL refresh on desktop by pressing Ctrl+F5 keys together.
  2. You are using a VPN/Proxy that has been blacklisted by Google. You should disable VPN/Proxy, at least just to login.
  3. You are using Brave browser with shields active (or another browser with shields/protection). This can sometimes lead to the recaptcha being blocked. Simply disable your shields, at least until you manage to login.

When you login to Clickteam services, you will be sent a login code to your registered email address. You need to copy this code and pop it into the login code verification box in order to login.

This email can take between 1-5 minutes to appear in your inbox.
